  • Replacement of Dr S2 with FPGA (DB Netz AG) – project lead: organised collaboration and resource planning; grew the team to up to 35 people; led up to 5 sub-project leads across HW, SW and FW; reported into internal and external steering committees (DB / SBB / ÖBB); planned and ran multi-day training for acceptance testers and maintenance staff at Deutsche Bahn.
  • ZKE Netz V2 (SBB) – sub-project lead: designed and implemented RFCs (e.g. dragging-equipment detection, pantolocation for GBT); CI/CD improvements; code reviews; CVS → Git migration without history loss; initiatives to safeguard code quality.
  • Multiple smaller projects: requirements work for SW/IT projects; base SW framework for gate-control systems; feasibility studies in the railway sector; tender responses.
